This incredibly pretty home in a 55+ community had water damage from tropical storm Hillary and has been beautifully refurbished. As you will see in the pictures this home is open and airy and the outside patio and back yard is very clean and pretty with great mountain views. Be sure to stop at the office and pick up an application for residency. To qualify you need to prove three times the monthly rent or about $2800 per month income. You also may have a small dog under 20 pounds. This park is beautiful and wonderful place to live and is full of activities if you like to be involved and meet new friends.
