Large commercial semi flat 1.3 acre lot very close to the town of Idyllwild, located between the Pine Woods Resort and a SFR/Jameson Dr. Mt. San Jacinto State Park is across the street. No utilities in yet, but SCE said because they have service at the street there shouldn't be a charge. The water district stated because of the current drought situation, they are are on hold with the issuance of any new well certs and/or service connections (this is the case with any lot in their service area), but they did say to check back as their policy may change soon.
