HEATHER ESTATES is one of Hemet's finest senior communities and this house is a winner....Assessor says this is a 2 bedroom but it's clearly a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom....great floorplan....big living room, kitchen, bathrooms & laundry area....Kitchen cabinets are in very good shape...newer appliances still under warranty and a new roof 3 years ago....the whole home is drywalled so very good insulation....laminate floors in kitchen, dining room, laundry area & bathrooms....nice big master bedroom with a walk in closet so tons of storage....also the bathrooms have lots of storage space as well....the master bedroom also has a killer view of the mountains and sunsets....there is a porch to die for on this one and such a wonderful way to spend your mornings and evenings enjoying all the neighbors....and bring your fur babies...this park is very pet friendly....the community itself is simply wonderful with a gorgeous lake in the middle with snow capped mountain views to boot....the pool area and clubhouse are very inviting and hopefully all the fun activities will be resuming soon.....just a marvelous place to retire and relax....space rent is reasonable and low taxes here....SERIOUSLY, THIS ONE WILL NOT LAST !!!!!
