This pretty bright home is open, airy and flows beautifully. The rooms are light and large. The owners have maintained it and it shows. The mountain views remind you of why we all love it here. Be sure to check it out, and you need to call Holly for an appointment. She will also give you a tour of the community if you like. The gate code is 000 Monday through Friday except for 12 to 1 PM. This is a senior community and you must qualify to live here by showing your income is twice the rent which is just under $800.00. You also need a credit score of 700 or better. This is not Indian lease but a privately owned park that collects space rent. This community is very pretty and definitely full of fun.
